Qualifications

• At least three years of progressively responsible work experience related to the duties of the position.
• Diversified background with significant exposure to Supply Chain management and strategic sourcing.
• Hotel Food and Beverage background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures productivity is reported – vendor accreditation, item master data, POs.
• Uploads price lists in Birchstreet System (BSS) as requested.
• Maintains and reviews Global SCM systems accurately and on time.
• Coordinates with Business Units and suppliers on data issues.
• Maintains Order Sheets of Business Units globally.
• Conducts productivity analysis and prepares ad hoc reports.
• Follows Global Supply Chain Policies and Procedures.
• Manages CRF and vendor documentation within 3–4 working days; coordinates with Investigation Dept and AP.
• Tracks/report variances and recommends improvements.
• Assists SCM with filing, clerical tasks, reconciliations and reports.
• Prepares month-end accruals and journals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Manages routine correspondence and prioritizes communications.
