Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in procurement or contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal or Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract maintenance and renewal ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Monitor expiration/renewal dates and coordinate renewals with business units.
• Source alternative suppliers and coordinate site visits as required.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and review contracts for management.
• Collaborate with Legal Affairs to draft agreements for stakeholder review.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors until consensus is reached.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare internal contract documents for approval and track status.
• Update contracts checklists for monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare award/reject letters and internal communications.
• Review supplier performance with the Business Unit.
