Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Mandaluyong invites an experienced Consumer Operations Head (AVP/VP) to lead end-to-end operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver sustainable business performance onsite.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong P&L acumen, and the ability to develop and mentor large teams while partnering with commercial, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to meet objectives. Onsite, Monday to Friday in Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consumer, retail, FMCG, food, or related industries.
• Strong experience in operations leadership and business management.
• Proven track record in leading large teams and driving business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L and key business metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end consumer operations and business performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.
• Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Monitor business KPIs and translate performance insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with commercial, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure operational standards, policies, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to support business growth.
