Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain and operational functions. You will drive efficiency, oversee planning, logistics, and warehousing, and coordinate with commercial and business teams to meet service targets.

The role requires strong leadership and a track record in FMCG or fast-paced industries, with expertise in process improvements and stakeholder management. On-site morning shift, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain and operations leadership role.
• Strong background in planning, logistics, warehousing, and operations management.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Background in FMCG or other fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
