Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive marketing experience including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading commercial, consumer, or growth marketing in large consumer-focused organizations.
• Strong expertise in brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, CRM, and integrated comms.
• Proven success translating customer insights into business strategies.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and cross-functional executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commercial marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand, digital, product, and lifecycle marketing.
• Drive customer growth through data-driven campaigns and market positioning.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience on go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee brand strategy, market segmentation, pricing support, product commercialization, and campaigns.
• Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation across marketing tech, CRM, automation, and performance marketing.
• Manage marketing investments, agency relationships, media planning, and ROI.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to optimize engagement and results.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization.
• Ensure initiatives comply with governance, regulatory requirements, and policies.
