Qualifications

• Bachelors in Architecture; licensed status is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement/related industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement officer to review and process PRS, JORS, and POs for assigned categories.
• Provide technical/commercial support to Purchasing Officers to improve product knowledge.
• Negotiate to obtain competitive prices from suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate with vendors during bidding events and assess tenders/quotations.
• Participate in vendor accreditation and performance reviews.
• Support research on market trends and supplier alternatives.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and report updates as required.
