Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to source, purchase, and manage construction materials, equipment, and NSO supplies for our restaurant and facility projects from our Makati sites. You will ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and strong supplier partnerships to support our expansion.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction, 5+ years in procurement, and a Licensed Engineer credential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction procurement, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Licensed Engineer.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and MRO supplies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP system experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Open to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

  • Source and procure construction materials, equipment, fixtures, and MRO supplies for restaurant and facility projects.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service standards.
  • Request, review, and analyze quotations and proposals.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Monitor supplier performance, including delivery timelines, quality, and compliance.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with operations and warehouse teams.
  • Work closely with construction, maintenance, and operations teams.

About the role

This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and strong supplier partnerships to support the company's expansion and operations.
