Job summary

Gencore Construction Corp. seeks a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations from our Clark Freeport Zone headquarters.

This senior role reports to the CEO and Board, overseeing project management, procurement, supply chain, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives to deliver safety, quality, and profitability. Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior operational management within construction or large-scale manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Proven track record leading multi-project ops with big budgets and diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction PM, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions across multiple construction projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with long-term vision.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for profitability.
• Lead and develop the operations management team and foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to cut costs.
• Manage risk and business continuity planning.
• Represent the company at industry events and business development opportunities.
