Job summary

Gencore Construction Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations and drive profitability.

You will oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and treasury, and partner with the executive team to steer growth and ensure financial discipline. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with leadership exposure in construction or project-based settings, strong knowledge of Philippine regulations, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA desirable
• 10+ years in financial management or accounting; 5+ years in senior leadership
• Construction industry or project-based environment experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippines accounting standards and regulations
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies and policies
• Managing accounting department functions: AP, AR, GL and reporting
• Preparing and presenting financial statements and analyses to senior management and board
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Managing cash flow, working capital and banking relationships
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Conducting financial analysis and recommending investments and capex
• Supervising and mentoring the finance team
• Managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
• Implementing internal controls and risk management frameworks
