Gencore Construction Corp. in Angeles City, Pampanga seeks a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and strategic execution across the business.

Reporting to the executive team, you will oversee daily operations, optimise processes, manage resources, and lead the operations group to deliver high-quality construction and engineering projects. A minimum of 15 years in related roles and strong leadership are required.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction or related operational management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects and complex ops.
• Strong focus on strategy, process optimization, and business improvement.
• Deep knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Financial management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
• Excellent leadership and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operational functions including project management, resource allocation, procurement, and supply chain.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead and develop the operations team.
• Identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
