Private Advertiser is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, administration and technology for a multi-site manufacturing group. Based in Clark for substantial travel, you will guide budgeting, forecasting and strategic capital projects, including a major ERP implementation.

You will interact with the CEO and board, ensure governance, and manage banking, insurers and external advisers while driving performance across Australia and Asia.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' senior finance experience within manufacturing.
• Experience as a CFO in manufacturing with sizeable revenue and hands-on approach.
• CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance, administration and technology functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with CEO on 5-year growth plan; translate into budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee the Clark project capital budget, timeline and risks.
• Roll out ERP system and manage IT infrastructure and security.
• Prepare monthly financial packs and board reports.
• Establish robust governance, controls and statutory reporting.
