Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in compensation and benefits or HR administration.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and statutory benefits.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation, salaries, incentives, and benefits programs.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related benefits.
• Develop and review salary structures and pay scales.
• Conduct market salary benchmarking and compensation surveys.
• Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, HMO, and other benefit vendors.
• Prepare reports on compensation, benefits costs, and utilization.
• Assist in annual salary reviews, promotions, and merit increases.
