Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a Commercial Loan Specialist to generate new loans, develop the existing portfolio, and cross-sell bank products while maintaining asset quality. You will provide professional account management and market products within policy boundaries.

Responsibilities include conducting credit evaluations, recommending facilities, and expanding relationships with prime accounts through renewals and collateral growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business/Accounting/Commerce; MBA/MA preferred.
• Knowledge of international and local trade payments and banking policies.
• Experience: 2 years in banking or 5 years in other industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong marketing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans for the Bank and grow the loan portfolio.
• Cross-sell products/services and provide professional account management.
• Market bank products within policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct credit evaluations including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Expand relationships with prime accounts through renewals, deposits and collateral activities.
