Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce is required.
• Two years banking experience or five years in other industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Training in bank service policies and procedures, account profitability analysis, financial analysis, and credit approval preparation.

Responsibilities

• Generates new commercial loans for the Bank and develops existing loan portfolio.
• Quality and cross-sell other bank products/services; provide professional account management.
• Establish, develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers within bank policies and regulations.
• Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Prepares credit facilities proposals in line with bank priorities and policies; analyzes client business, financial capacity, collateral, and profitability.
• Aims to improve loan portfolio quality and maximize returns; expands and deepens prime account relationships.
