Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage client relationships, guide them through implementation, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our SaaS solutions. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to align objectives, deliver value, and maintain long-term partnerships.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with hybrid work and competitive benefits. Prior SaaS experience is preferred for effectively supporting clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years in client success, account management, customer service, or a related field.
• SaaS or B2B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact, fostering trust.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare reports on account status, usage, and value realization.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with the sales team.
• Assist with escalations and advocate for clients internally to improve products and services.
