Job summary

Callbox Sales and Marketing Solutions in Iloilo, Western Visayas, is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the trusted advisor to our B2B clients. You will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while building strategic relationships and ensuring successful onboarding and renewal processes.

You will monitor account health, conduct regular business reviews, and collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in account management, client success, or CRM in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of growing accounts while maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and collaborate across teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients for long-term success.
• Monitor client health, identify risks, and mitigate churn.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and align on objectives.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth service implementation.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather feedback to drive product/service improvements.
• Develop customized success plans for each client.
• Manage contract renewals and communicate terms and pricing.
• Maintain accurate client records in systems.
