Job summary

VAP is a leading provider of premium VA services for Australian and New Zealand SMBs. We are seeking a confident Relationship Manager to nurture client partnerships in Cebu or Davao, on-site at IT Park Cebu or Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao.

You will lead client interactions, onboard new accounts, and work closely with Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional service, retention, and growth. Strong English, CRM proficiency (HubSpot), and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B client management in outsourcing or staffing.
• Strong business acumen with growth insight for existing accounts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for cohesive client experience.
• Skilled in resolving client issues and negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure key client metrics.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead all client interactions to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee onboarding and transition with Sales and Success teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through coaching.
• Use Impact Reviews to measure the client experience and drive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot and log activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders and adapt style as needed.
• Inspire and train teams on customer service and Pillars of Success.
