Internetwork Expert is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure client success and satisfaction through strategic guidance and tailored digital marketing and technology solutions.

You will build strong client relationships, analyze performance metrics, and deliver KPI reports while identifying growth opportunities and leading campaigns. The role requires coordinating teams, QA checks, and training sessions to maximize resource efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field with significant experience in the job role.
• At least 3 years of client/account management experience in digital marketing or technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
• Skilled in motivating and guiding teams to deliver high-quality work.
