Job summary

Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive client satisfaction and retention by managing day-to-day deliverables and resolving account issues. You will be the main point of contact for key stakeholders and build strong, long-term partnerships to support business growth.

The role requires 4+ years in a client-facing capacity, excellence in English communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools to manage pipelines and advise

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years in a client-facing role (Relationship/Account Manager).
• Strong written and verbal English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as main contact for key executives and stakeholders.
• Resolve client queries and assist with issue resolution.
• Cross-sell products or services to benefit clients.
• Collaborate with Sales to onboard and grow existing client relationships.
• Maintain thorough documentation and funnel management.
• Plan quarterly goals aligned with sales targets and seasonality.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support clients.
