Job summary

Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc. is seeking a Relationship Manager to handle day-to-day client care and deliverables for multiple accounts. You will provide product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure efficient management of services to support business growth.

The role focuses on developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key executives and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course, or any equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience operating within a defined account portfolio, without requirement for prior team leadership or account strategy ownership.
• Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, LinkedIn, and other relevant software used for client research and account management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for account-related matters.
• Resolve client queries and escalations, coordinating with internal teams to close outstanding concerns within agreed timelines.
• Identify and escape cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the assigned portfolio for review.
• Execute client retention plans within targets and guidelines set by their reporting line.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and transition them into ongoing account management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, routing requests and issues to the appropriate department.
• Support other departments in resolving client-related issues within their assigned portfolio.
