Qualifications

• Proven track record in channel sales, new business development, or partner management within technology or B2B sectors.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and close distribution partnerships with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, channel economics, and partner enablement strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strategic thinker focused on long-term partnership development and mutual value.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Willingness to travel to meet partners and industry events.
• Experience in technology or enterprise software is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work night shifts at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
