Job summary

Achieve Without Borders (AWB) is seeking a Channel Account Manager with a specialized background in IT Distribution or System Integration. You will be the primary link between AWB and our network of resellers and SIs, driving growth by enabling partners to position and sell our IT networking solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Philippine IT channel, a robust rolodex in Metro Manila, and experience managing multi-tier sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience specifically within IT Distribution, an ICT Vendor/Principal, or a Tier-1 System Integrator.
• Familiarity with Networking Services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner Onboarding: identify and recruit high-potential Reseller Partners and System Integrators.
• Partner Enablement & Advocacy: act as internal voice of the partner with product knowledge, marketing collateral, and technical support.
• Pipeline Management: collaborate with partner sales teams to track leads, opportunities, and deal registrations.
• Joint Business Planning: conduct business reviews with key partners to identify growth and plan joint activities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with Pre-Sales and Operations to ensure quotes and requirements are handled quickly.
• Relationship Management: manage conflicts of interest between partners and maintain long-term trust.
