Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Controller / CFO to lead financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. You will partner with senior leadership to shape the company’s financial strategy.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, GAAP expertise, and experience guiding finance teams. CFA/CPA is a plus but not required; an MBA is preferred. Compensation is ₱100,000–₱120,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of advising C-level executives.
• CFA, CPA, or similar financial certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial forecasting, modeling, and strategic planning.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Oversee accounting processes, internal controls, and financial risk management.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
• Drive financial efficiency through process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
