The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, MBA or CPA preferred, and a strong track record in strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder relations. This is a direct hire position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Lead financial risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Oversee accounting, finance, tax, and audit functions.
• Build and manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
