Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Financial Control Senior Analyst to lead R2R, P2P and O2C processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting. You will partner with HR and senior stakeholders to assess financial impact of initiatives and drive process improvements across ERP systems.

You will provide expert accounting guidance, sign off on journals, and oversee month-end closings while strengthening internal controls and SOX-compliant practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting operations, and reporting, including R2R, P2P, and O2C.
CPA or equivalent professional certification is required; CMA/CFA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Record-to-Report execution and period close management, including journal entries, accruals, reclassifications and reconciliations.
Review and sign off reconciliation outputs and ensure timely financial submissions.
Cost management, budgeting, forecasting and expense management with adherence to internal controls and SOX requirements.
Provide accounting advisory support and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new business models and regulatory changes.
Stakeholder engagement and project participation to drive financial process modernization and reporting improvements.

Education
