Job summary

Launch Finance is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and core finance operations. In this hybrid role based in the Philippines, the successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy while providing insights for decision-making. Responsibilities include leading all accounting operations and supporting forecasting.

The role requires 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, with a preference for candidates with SaaS experience and CPA/CMA qualifications. Upon full-time conversion, a competitive salary plus benefits will be offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience as a Controller or equivalent lead role.
• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including month-end and year-end processes.
• Build internal reporting packages and provide financial insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, improving accuracy.
