Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or related finance operations.
• Experience in leadership roles with accountability for collection strategy and cash performance.
• Experience in executive-level customer negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise collection strategy across business units to maximize cash realization and working capital.
• Develop and monitor monthly/quarterly collection targets and forecast scenarios.
• Oversee portfolio management, escalation, and executive engagement with key accounts to recover delinquent receivables.
