Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a seasoned Manager for Collections and Cash Applications to lead end-to-end AR operations across all payment channels. You will drive DSO reduction, implement process improvements, and ensure accurate cash postings and reconciliations.

You will mentor Supervisors and Analysts, uphold SOX controls, and partner with Sales, Billing, Treasury, and Accounting to optimize cash flow and enterprise ERP performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in OTC leadership including AR, Collections, and cash applications.
• 3–5 years in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Deep Order-to-Cash expertise and DSO reduction techniques.
• Experience with enterprise ERP/OTC systems (SAP, Oracle Cloud Fusion, NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365).
• SOX compliance and internal controls governance.
• Advanced financial analytics and executive dashboards.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Collections and Cash Applications across all payment channels.
• Oversee B2B collection strategies and disputes.
• Direct daily cash posting, auto-match optimization, and reconciliations.
• Lead Supervisors and Analysts; manage capacity and onboarding.
• Maintain SOX compliance and audit support.
• Establish KPIs and executive reporting (DSO, Auto-Match Rate, CEI).
• Drive ERP enhancements and system transformations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Treasury, Accounting, and Customer Support.
