Qualifications

• College graduate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Prefer 2–3 years in shipping, logistics, or SSC roles.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt collection activities through calls, emails, and letters.
• Monitor receivables and aged reports, report to management.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements per policy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and debt collection laws.
