International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a skilled AR/Collections professional in Metro Manila to strengthen cash flow and minimize overdue receivables. You will develop collection strategies, monitor accounts, and coordinate with other departments to resolve disputes.

The role requires a finance or accounting background, 2+ years in credit and collection management (supervisory preferred), and strong Excel/ERP skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field; CPA or PRC license preferred.
• At least two years of experience in credit and collection management; supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, credit and collection practices, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies to maximize collection efficiency and targets.
• Monitors client accounts and payment activities to ensure timely collection and minimize overdue receivables.
• Investigates and resolves payment discrepancies, billing concerns, and invoice disputes with relevant departments.
• Prepares and submits regular reports on collection performance and KPIs.
• Ensures timely and accurate implementation of collection procedures and follow-ups.
• Monitors team performance and implements measures to meet/exceed targets.
• Maintains accurate accounts receivable records and collection documentation.
