Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Senior AR Manager to strategically lead the Accounts Receivable and credit management lifecycle in the Philippines. You will ensure timely billing, accelerate cash collections, minimize bad debt, and strengthen internal controls while driving process automation.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to resolve disputes and optimize working capital, with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years in AR, credit and collection, or corporate finance.
• 4–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain/shipping is advantageous.
• CPA or CCP designation preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and credit management lifecycle, improve cash collections and DSO.
• Oversee billing across Freight, Express, Logistics streams for accuracy.
