Job summary

StudyIn is seeking an Offline Marketing & Partnerships Manager to strengthen our Philippines presence. You will develop campuses partnerships and plan city‑level activations, including education fairs and seminars, to drive recruitment and brand awareness.

Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will lead partnerships, campus outreach, and regional expansion efforts while coordinating cross‑functional teams and events across Metro Manila and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years of proven offline marketing, partnerships, business development, and event management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to initiate and close high‑value partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual offline marketing strategy and calendar.
• Plan education fairs, seminars, workshops, and campus events aligned with recruitment goals.
• Build partnerships with schools, universities, and career centers to expand brand visibility.
• Plan campus engagement initiatives including study abroad seminars and roadshows.
• Identify new markets and partnerships to support regional expansion in the Philippines.
• Lead end‑to‑end event delivery and co‑marketing campaigns.
• Track ROI and maintain pipeline records for partnerships and events.
