In this role you’ll support on-campus campaigns, prepare briefing materials, track attendees, process invoices, and help integrate recruitment data into the ATS. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting campus recruitment events or recruitment marketing.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational abilities with multitasking and tracking responsibilities.
• Ability to use data and market insights to inform recruitment activities.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, booking, logistics, and execution of campus events and recruitment initiatives.
• Prepare briefing materials, assets, and guidelines for events and recruitment activities.
• Administer attendee registrations, calendars, and confirmations.
• Assist with candidate expense processing for marketing events.
• Update events trackers and ATS integration to ensure accurate data.
• Coordinate merchandise and collateral supply for events.
• Process invoices and handle team mailbox queries in a timely manner.
• Support market research and reporting on early career trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Campus Recruitment and marketing teams; escalate issues when needed.
• Provide ad hoc admin support and contribute to client projects as required.
