Offline Marketing & Partnerships Manager

Position Summary
The Offline Marketing & Partnerships Manager drives StudyIn's on-ground presence and strategic network in the Philippines through two connected pillars: securing high‑impact partnerships that fuel brand awareness and lead generation, and planning and executing offline marketing events including city‑level activations and college/university campus outreach — that extend StudyIn's reach beyond the primary city. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role combines external relationship‑building with hands‑on event execution, ensuring joint initiatives and offline campaigns align seamlessly with StudyIn's broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Offline Marketing Strategy -
- Develop and execute the annual offline marketing strategy and calendar, planning education fairs, seminars, workshops, networking events, and promotional activities aligned with business and student recruitment goals.
- Drive continuous improvement of offline marketing initiatives by leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure consistent brand representation and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Campus Marketing -
- Build and strengthen partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, career centres, faculty members, and student organizations to expand StudyIn's campus presence and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute campus engagement initiatives including study abroad seminars, career talks, roadshows, and information sessions aligned with student recruitment cycles to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Market Expansion -
- Identify and evaluate new markets, cities, and partnership opportunities to support StudyIn's regional expansion and student recruitment growth across the Philippines.
- Build and strengthen local partner networks to establish a sustainable presence and drive long‑term growth in emerging markets.
- Events & Regional Activations - Lead the planning and execution of StudyIn‑hosted events, education fairs, exhibitions, and regional activations across the Philippines, while managing end‑to‑end event delivery and identifying opportunities to expand into high‑potential cities beyond Metro Manila.
- Partnership Acquisition: Proactively research, identify, and secure strategic partners to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Campaign Integration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to design and execute co‑marketing campaigns, ensuring robust cross‑promotional initiatives and co‑branded events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership and event metrics and ROI to evaluate performance and maintain accurate pipeline records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new strategic partnerships secured and onboarded per quarter
- Lead generation and conversion metrics driven via offline marketing and partner channels; and offline events and activities.
- Number of regional city activations executed
- Event attendance and engagement against targets
- Partner retention and engagement rates
- ROI and overall performance of offline and partnership campaigns
Qualifications (Required)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in offline marketing, partnerships, business development, and event management.
- Networking & Partnership Expertise: Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven track record of initiating and closing high‑value strategic partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively with both internal leadership and high‑level external decision‑makers.
- Communication & Negotiation: Superior verbal and written English communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of CRM tools and marketing analytics.
Qualifications (Good To Have)
- Experience planning and executing events, exhibitions, education fairs, or large‑scale marketing activations.
- Experience working with educational institutions or the international education sector is highly preferred.
Working Schedule
- Five working days per week, hybrid work schedule
- Monday to Friday (Regular day shift)
- Occasional weekend/evening attendance for strategic networking events or fairs as needed
