Job summary

VG SUPPLY CHAIN, INC. is seeking a sales/business development leader in the Philippines to conduct research meetings with customers, leverage coach networks, and understand objectives. You will present solution proposals, negotiate deals, and build access to decision makers within target accounts.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with experience in supply chain or related fields. Willingness to be assigned in Cupang, Muntinlupa City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business, Logistics, or Engineering.
• 3+ years in supply chain planning, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, or operations research.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence others.
• Willingness to work in Cupang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research meetings with customers and leverage coach network to understand the customers organization, requirements and business objectives.
• Present solution proposal and business fit to decision makers, engage in negotiations and closing of deals.
• Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to decision makers and establish coach network.
• Collaborate with internal functions that support the sales process (solutions design, operations, HR, IT, Real State, Legal, Finance, Operations etc..).
• Work in close cooperation with customer operations teams (ensure quality and improve performance).
• Facilitate knowledge/best practice sharing between organization.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by your immediate head.
