Job summary

Stelsen Integrated Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to expand the client base and develop strategic opportunities. The role focuses on identifying new business, building relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to craft tailored solutions.

You will manage leads, prepare proposals, and represent the company at meetings and events, requiring strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Will travel for client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Generate and qualify leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client presentations, meetings, product/service introductions, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other business development documents.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Represent Stelsen Integrated Systems Inc. professionally at meetings, industry events, and other business activities.
