Job summary

XYFER INC. is seeking a driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Metro Manila.

You will identify and develop new business opportunities, pursue prospects via calls, emails, referrals, networking, field visits and events, and build relationships with contractors, consultants, dealers, distributors, and industry partners. You’ll coordinate with Sales, Technical, Operations, Finance and Management to develop qualified opportunities, assist in proposals and tenders, and monitor leads

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, sales, marketing, or distribution.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good prospecting, market research, and business development skills.
• Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems and business software.
• Experience in fire protection, electrical, security systems, construction, engineering, or technical industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customer accounts.
• Prospect through calls, emails, referrals, networking, field visits, events, and other channels.
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, dealers, resellers, distributors, integrators, developers, and industry partners.
• Identify projects, tenders, developments, and other commercial opportunities relevant to our products and services.
• Conduct client meetings, company presentations, product introductions, and business discussions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Operations, Finance, and Management to develop qualified opportunities.
• Assist in proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial presentations.
• Monitor leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
