Job summary

Xyfer Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to oversee sales staff, implement policies, and monitor KPIs in a hands-on role based in Quezon City.

The job combines office oversight with field activities to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, has at least three years of sales experience (supervisory preferred), and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, electrical, fire protection, security, or low-voltage systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and monitor sales staff.
• Implement sales policies, procedures, and processes.
• Monitor sales KPIs, targets, and team performance.
• Assist in managing customer accounts and sales activities.
• Coordinate sales concerns with other departments.
• Assist in coaching and developing sales personnel.
• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
