You will oversee marketing efforts, manage projects, and deliver impactful reports while applying risk management to safeguard clients and the firm. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and advanced sales acumen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management and Channel Management within financial services or related sectors.
• Demonstrable expertise in enhancing Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies.
• Excellent Project Management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in Report Writing and presenting complex information clearly.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Risk Management principles.
• Results-oriented with a strong background in Sales, including Sales Forecasting, Presentations, and Process optimization.
• Experience in developing and delivering Training Workshops.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
• Apply robust risk management principles to identify and mitigate potential risks for clients and the company.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of sales.
• Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future trends.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
• Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
