Job summary

Aon Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director - Business Development to lead key client accounts and drive growth across channels. You will shape sales strategies, enhance CX, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.

You will analyze market trends, develop marketing plans, deliver compelling presentations, and manage projects from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management and Channel Management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Demonstrable expertise in enhancing Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing successful Marketing Strategies.
• Excellent Project Management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in Report Writing and presenting complex information clearly.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Risk Management principles.
• Results-oriented with a strong background in Sales, including Sales Forecasting, Sales Presentations, Sales Process optimization, and Strategic Selling.
• Experience in developing and delivering Training Workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Develop and implement effective channel management strategies to optimize sales performance and market reach.
• Enhance the overall customer experience (CX) by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage and cultivate customer relationships through proactive engagement and effective communication.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify market trends, client needs, and sales opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Aon's offerings and enhance brand presence.
• Oversee and manage various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply robust risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks for clients and the company.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of sales
• Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales trends and inform business decisions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client conversion rates.
• Employ strategic selling methodologies to understand client needs and position Aon's solutions effectively.
• Design and deliver training workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and client service teams.
