Aon Philippines is seeking an Associate Director - Business Development to lead client accounts, build strategic partnerships, and grow market share in the Philippines. The role focuses on channel management, CX improvements, and data-driven sales strategies to deliver measurable results.

You will design marketing plans, oversee projects, and present insights to stakeholders while upholding risk management standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Account Management and Channel Management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrable expertise in enhancing Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing successful Marketing Strategies.
• Excellent Project Management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in Report Writing and presenting complex information clearly.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Risk Management principles.
• Results-oriented with a strong background in Sales, including Sales Forecasting, Sales Presentations, Sales Process optimization, and Strategic Selling.
• Experience in developing and delivering Training Workshops.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Aon's offerings and enhance brand presence.
• Oversee and manage various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply robust risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks for clients and the company.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of sales
• Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales trends and inform business decisions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client conversion rates.
• Employ strategic selling methodologies to understand client needs and position Aon's solutions effectively.
• Design and deliver training workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and client service teams.
