Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3+ years experienced in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Capable of handling current and prospective clients, client retention and negotiation.
• Team player with a positive attitude and assertive.
• Excellent communication, sales, marketing, customer service skills.
• English and Filipino language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and sustains solid relationship with existing clients.
• Does account management by providing after-sales support.
• Gathers client feedback to determine whether clients are satisfied with the company’s products and services and to offer possible enhancement to existing agreement.
• Generates leads, prepares proposals and meeting with potential clients to present company products and services and negotiate business deals.
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Provides mentoring to other members of the team.
