Job summary

Coven Information Technology Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into clear functional specifications to support delivery.

You will also prepare BRD/FSD, assist in UAT, and help drive process improvements across the project lifecycle, ensuring value is realized for stakeholders and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Create BRD, FSD, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support.
