Job summary

Crawford & Company Broadspire (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to perform analyses, document outcomes, and develop procedures for manual or automated systems, improving department and corporate effectiveness.

In collaboration with VP, Managing Director, and Account Executives, you will design processes, run pilots, prepare training, and provide data to drive informed decisions while upholding Crawford's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/related field.
• 1–3 years of professional business analysis experience.
• Excellent MS Office and Power BI skills.
• Demonstrates ability to manage projects and workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance/TPA industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs business and productivity analyses to improve effectiveness.
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Collaborates with VP, Managing Director, and Account Executives to enhance client experience.
• Plans pilots and develops training as requested.
• Provides data to business units to aid decision making.
• Assists in budgeting and cost/benefit analyses.
• Represents Crawford in meetings with customers and vendors.
• Ensures adherence to Crawford Code of Conduct.
