Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and the project team in Metro Manila. You will gather, validate, analyze requirements, map current and future processes, and ensure solutions align with client needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage change control, support UAT, and document user requirements, manuals, and training materials for smooth post-implementation adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements engineering.
• Knowledge of change management and process mapping.
• Certification in Six Sigma, CPO, or AAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand business processes, system features, needs and objectives.
• Validate and analyze requirements; translate into functional specifications.
• Manage requirements with change control processes and tools.
• Evaluate processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions.
• Support UAT and post-implementation training and documentation.
• Document high-level and detailed requirements and process maps.
