City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Compliance Assurance Officer to validate that branch operations comply with internal policies and industry regulations. The role involves assessing, monitoring, and reporting on compliance, identifying risks, and coordinating corrective actions with adjacent units.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a leadership role within retail banking or financial services, with strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within retail banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, deposits, lending, and customer service.
• Solid knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs periodic reviews of branch operations to ensure alignment with Bank policies and procedures.
• Reviews adherence to audit findings and maintains sustained compliance.
• Assesses High-Risk Customer accounts ( CASA, TD, loans ) and verifies documentation in central databases.
• Monitors completion of required documents and reports status to higher management.
• Supports Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, Risk Management, BSP audits and related engagements.
• Keeps updated on evolving banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Performs additional Branch Operations Group duties as assigned.
• Executes operations in line with the Bank's Business Continuity Plans.
