Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks a Billing and Monitoring Assistant to supervise billing activities and staff. You will ensure timely, accurate billings and governance over processes within Salary Loans operations.

Responsibilities include reviewing billing work for accuracy, submitting billings on time, and preparing reports for the Salary Loans Group Head and other units. Strong analytical skills and a business degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business course.
• At least 2 years in Billing and Monitoring, or Billing Assistant roles.
• Knowledge of One DepEd Loan Products and Billings, Bank Credit Policies.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review billing personnel work for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
• Ensure billings are submitted on time.
• Provide timely reports to Salary Loans Group Head and other units.
• Maintain proper internal controls.
• Oversee attendance, performance, scheduling and staff development; participate in hiring decisions.
• Contribute to team effort by performing other tasks as needed.
