Job summary

The role involves coordinating with payroll offices, credit and collections, and providing MIS insights to support institutional partners. The ideal candidate has a college degree in business or accounting and 2 years’ relevant experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in unsecured loan operations, billing, or collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit billings accurately and on time with supporting documents.
• Monitor status of billed accounts, including deductions and refunds.
• Coordinate with payroll and credit teams on remittance and postings.
• Provide MIS reports on performance of institutions.
• Attend meetings and assist in related credit transactions as needed.
