Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines seeks a loan processing support specialist to ensure loan requirements are complete before release and to schedule loan releases, filing, and warehousing of documents. You will encode data into loan systems and prepare regular MIS reports for standard processes.

You will assist the Loan Processing Officer in processing, checking, evaluating, and maintaining loans, and back up Billing Assistants to ensure timely consolidation and submission of billings to the DedEd

Responsibilities

• Ensures loan requirements are complete prior to loan release/booking.
• Schedules loan releases and handles filing and warehousing of applications and documents.
• Encodes necessary data into the loans system and prepares MIS/regulatory reports.
• Assists the Loan Processing Officer in processing, checking, evaluating, and maintaining loans.
• Serves as back-up to Billing Assistants and ensures timely consolidation and submission of billings.
• Monitors takeout account billing deductions and supports related payroll units.
