Job summary

Helpware Inc. is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist (Bid Proposal) in Manila or Cebu to own the production, quality, and competitiveness of inbound and outbound bid responses.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, pricing, and legal to convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts, driving win rate and deal velocity. Requirements include 1–2 years in proposal writing or bid management, strong English, and familiarity with RFP/RFI processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, sales enablement, or B2B content development.
• Native or near-native English written fluency; portfolio required at interview.
• Experience responding to enterprise procurement processes including RFPs, RFIs, and security/vendor risk questionnaires.
• Strong ability to manage tight deadlines on cross-functional deliverables in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read buyer requirements and translate them into compelling solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent practical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response on RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and unsolicited proposals.
• Translate technical capabilities into client-specific value propositions across divisions.
• Coordinate input from sales, operations, pricing, legal, security, and HR to assemble compliant, on-brand responses.
• Maintain and improve the proposal content library, boilerplate, and response templates.
• Partner with marketing and enablement on case studies, capability statements, and one-pagers.
